Alice's Coconut Almond Protein Bars (V, GF, Keto)

These are the world's easiest protein bars! Seriously. If you have 10 minutes you have these bars. They're named in honor of Alice, an on-the-go mom of two crazy girls who needs the quick energy to crush it every day.

Alice's Coconut Almond Protein Bars (V, GF, Keto)

Time 10 minutes

Servings 8

Calories 141

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 scoops of vanilla pea protein (I used TJ's)

  • 3-4 drops of stevia

Optional Toppings/Mix Ins

  • dark chocolate

  • pumpkin seeds

  • cacao nibs

  • hemp seeds

  1. Get a bowl. Mix it all together. Press into a parchment lined 8x8 or loaf pan. Sprinkle the toppings on and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, do something else, then cut and keep in the fridge!

  2. BOOM, DONE.

Tip: If it's too dry (depends on brands you use) just add more almond milk. If too wet, add more coconut flour or protein powder.
